National Mill Pond is a beautiful lake in the Northern Cascade Range. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this location. Looking for something right next door to National Mill Pond? Anderson Lake is close by; dry warm beds await you at Kings Valu Inn. This lake is so wonderful. You're in all probability interested in lakes, Saddle Lake is one of those close by, and the scenery at National       Mill Pond Dam is beautiful. This lake is so wonderful. Mineral Creek - North Fork has a glorious whitewater paddling spot close by, and a nice site to camp here at National Mill Pond is Mounthaven Resort. Why not camp at Mineral Lake Resort since you're here at National Mill Pond, and a visit to Mount Rainier National Park is recommended. That right there is plenty of exciting things already but it goes on, the Northern Cascade Range has it all. Paddling                  on Mineral Creek is so much fun, and don't leave National Mill Pond without first going for a hike along the Big Creek Trail. There are great places to discover along the Osborne Mountain Trail, and why not take a look at close by Big Creek if you're here at National Mill Pond. You'll in fact wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool things in the Northern Cascade Range. There's wonderful hiking along the Paul Peak Trail; Econo Lodge Buckley is a great place to get some rest. Through the days of summer here at National Mill Pond, high temperatures generally reach the 70's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 40's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at National Mill Pond temperatures plunge to the 30's.
