This place rocks, just look at all the fun things to do in the neighborhood of Munn Lake. There's so much to do here at Munn Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Olympia Campgrounds is a pleasant spot for that. Not far from Munn Lake, you'll find Susan Lake which is a gorgeous lake; dry warm beds await you at Best Western Tumwater Inn. Just can't get enough of the Olympic Mountains. If you need       a place to stay Quality Inn Olympia is a great choice, and a magnificent spot for whitewater paddling is Deschutes River. For the period of the months of summer, highs generally are in the 70's at Munn Lake; through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's with temperatures at Munn Lake dipping down into the 30's all through winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. An afternoon playing golf at Tumwater Valley                  Municipal Golf Course is always a bliss, and this is a popular site for people from Olympia. There are other locations here than Munn Lake, for example Trails End Lake; you can stay the night at Allimor Carriage Estates.
