The beauty of Mule Lake attracts many people from all around. Mule Lake is one of the lakes here in the Northern Cascade Range. This is a perfect area for folks who like lakes. Cub Lake is a lake in close proximity, and there's whitewater on Downey Creek for all you adrenaline rush seekers. Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 30's, and nighttime lows at Mule Lake throughout the winter usually fall into the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. Spire Glacier is an exciting site to go to while at Mule Lake; going for a hike on the Fire Creek Trail is always a perfect adventure. Whohoo, so many enjoyable things in one place! Lake is perfect enough to spend more than a day at, Sulphur Creek Campground is a perfect local campground. Now, you may imagine that's a lot but there's even more enjoyable stuff to do here in the Northern Cascade Range. If you
need a site to stay Totem Trail Motel is a great choice; close by you locate the Miners Creek Trail which is a glorious hiking trail. Yep, outdoors enjoyable stuff to do are truly abundant here at Mule Lake. Looking for some flowing
water? Try Bath Creek, and get your pulse rate up on the nice whitewater of Suiattle River. Mule Lake sees pretty high levels of rainfall; the month with most of the rain is December, and July on the other hand is the driest.
