    If you are in Whatcom county it's always a good idea to stop by Mud Lake. Mud Lake gets a large amount of water; through November this area sees the most rain while July is ordinarily the driest month. Mud Lake is one of the lakes here in the Northern Cascade Range. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this place. There's whitewater on Racehorse Creek for all you adrenaline people; if you came to camp Riverview Park is a great place to do that.

   there loads of fun things to do in the Northern Cascade Range. Bed & Breakfast Border Inn is a splendid location to get some rest; camping at Sumas RV Park and Campground is always a fine experience. You just should go for the Northern Cascade Range. The skiing at Mt.Baker is fine, and if you need a site to stay Sumas Mountain & Lodge is a good choice.
This lake is so wonderful. Visiting Lake Chelan National Recreation Area is just something you need to do if
 
               you haven't yet, and let's not forget Black Slough which is a stream that you may stumble upon while you're here. Mud Lake is a spot with many visitors from Bellingham, and get your heart pumping on the splendid whitewater of Skookum Creek. Throughout the months of summer highs here at Mud Lake reach the 70's. All through the moonlight hours it's usually in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Mud Lake.
