If you're here at Mud Lake and you like golf, you can pop by Similk Beach Golf Course, and on a beautiful day you can visit Anaco Beach. An average amount of rainfall falls at Mud Lake; December is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month of the year is July. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Mud Lake. Near Mud Lake you stumble on Coffin Rocks which is a wonderful       spot to pop by, and some attention-grabbing geology is available here, Devils Elbow is right here. The view of Bowman Hill from Mud Lake is gorgeous, and Cranberry Lake is a nice lake close by. A day at beautiful North Beach near Mud Lake is a good thing to do, and camping at Mud Lake is great fun, Sunrise Resorts is a great local campground. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Lake Campbell Lodging, and Wood Dam is not far at all from                  Mud Lake. If you need a spot to stay Islands Inn & La Petite Rstrnt is a good choice; Biz Point is around here and always perfect to have a look at. At Mud Lake through the warmest time of the year highs are in the 60's while nighttime lows are usually in the 50's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 40's, and night lows at Mud Lake all through the wintertime mostly descend into the 30's.
