Why not stop by Mud Lake if you're passing through these parts. This lake is located in the wonderful Northern Cascade Range. If you need a spot to stay Best Western Cottontree Inn is a tremendous choice, and if you're a golfer then a splendid nearby course is Overlook Golf Course. All year is a nice time in the Northern Cascade Range if you fancy the outdoors. Mud Lake is near Skagit Valley which is definitely worth stopping at, and Mud Lake is not far at all

Throughout the wintertime the highs are generally in the 40's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Mud Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Mud Lake is a pleasant place to pop by, and a nice location to camp here at Mud Lake is Mountain View Mobile Park. The yearly rain here at Mud Lake is about average; the month with most of the rain is November, and the driest month of the year is July.
