    The beauty of Mud Lake is reason enough to stop by. Having a great time in the Olympic Mountains is simple. Camping at CRISTA Camps & Conferences is always a perfect experience. Mud Lake is located in the Olympic Mountains. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors enjoyable stuff the Olympic Mountains has to offer. You're possibly keen on lakes, Pheasant Lake is one of those nearby; a good site to camp here at Mud Lake is Smitty's Trailer Park.

   lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Holiday Inn Express Poulsbo, Wa is a splendid choice, and of course, this is a great neighborhood for folks who like lakes, Lost Lake is a lake nearby. Port Ludlow Golf Course is a perfect golf course close by, and you can have a great hiking adventure along the Deadfall Trail. If you fancy the outdoors, you'll have a thing about Mud Lake. You can run the rapids of Big Quilcene River in close proximity to Mud  
               Lake, and dry warm beds await you at The Resort At Port Ludlow.
The warmest time of the year at Mud Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 50's. High temperatures all through the winter are normally in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Mud Lake are in the 30's. The high level of rain makes Mud Lake a relatively wet place; most of the rain falls through December, and the driest month is July. You're sure to run into some great people from Bremerton-Silverdale here, and while you're here you can take a hike along the Mount Zion Trail.

Cattail Lake in within the Bangor Naval Submarine Base and has not been accessible (even to most navy personnel) since 911.  I have not been to Cattail Lake in a long time.  It is a small natural lake with no dam.   I don't think there is public camping at the Erland Point Mobile Home Park or CRISTA Camps & Conference grounds.  CRISTA Camps & Conference center is at the south end of Island Lake in Silverdale....

Best lake EVER!!! It is so pretty and has lots of trees and wild life!! My grandparents have a cabin there and I am a frequent vistor, as are my friends! =]...
