These mountains rock, just look at all the cool stuff to do in the Northern Cascade Range. Why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like Nisqually Valley Golf Course, and lakes are such calm spots, why not stop at Hamilton Lake. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Oaknoll RV       Park is a great place to camp. This lake is so wonderful. Gowers Hill is a peak you can catch a glimpse of from Muck Lake; why not take a little journey to Lacamas Creek since you're here. After a long day outdoors Thornewood Castle Inn And Gardens is a good place to spend a night or two; some perfect nature is available in Long Woods. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Muck Lake. Get soaked paddling on Nisqually River, and there are other                  places here than Muck Lake, for example Chambers Lake. If you want a perfect time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Northern Cascade Range. A great nearby hotel is La Quinta Inn AND Suites Lakewood, and camping is available at Rainier Villa Mobile Park and RV. Chambers Lake Dam is picturesque and it's close to Muck Lake, and have a look at nearby Brandenburg Marsh. For the duration of the warm days of summer at Muck Lake highs are generally in the 70's. Summer night lows plunge down to the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Muck Lake.
