Moon Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. Having a brilliant time in the Olympic Mountains is trouble-free. You'll find a scenic lake called Delanty Lake near Moon Lake; going for a hike along the Mount Zion Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region. Valley View Motel is a great location to get some rest, and there are plenty of people from Oak Harbor here. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors enjoyable

There's whitewater on Big Quilcene River for all you adrenaline junkies, and you can have a great hiking adventure along the Deadfall Trail. Moon Lake gets very little rainfall; December is the wettest month with most rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. | |

Moon Lake really is in the middle of a scenic outdoors paradise. City Lakes Dam is a gorgeous place in the neighborhood of Moon Lake; if you came to camp Discovery Bay Camp-peniel's is a brilliant site to do that.
The Olympic
Mountains scenery is always beautiful. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Hadlock Motel is a good site to spend a night or two; if the weather is wonderful, you can go for a hike along
the Bear Mountain Trail.
Summertime at Moon Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's, and all through the night it cools down to the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's; overnight lows through the wintertime for Moon Lake tend to be in the 30's.
