It's a delightful idea to take a look at Highland Creek, it's near Mission Lake; Panorama RV Park and Storage is a great local campground. High temperatures at Mission Lake through the warmest time of the year are in the 80's. Summer nighttime lows dip down to the 40's. Highs all through       the wintertime are frequently in the 30's; during the dark hours in the wintertime at Mission Lake temperatures descend to the 10's. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this location. Get your pulse rate up on the great whitewater of Kettle River. Evans Campground is a fine campground nearby, and if you need a location to stay Comfort Inn Colville is a good choice. Lakes are such peaceful sites, why not take a look at Fuhrman Lake right next door to Mission                  Lake, and there's whitewater on Sherman Creek for all you thrill seekers.
