Stay the night at Norseland Mobile Estates, and since you're here, you could also explore gorgeous Tahuya Lake. Mission Lake gets a great deal of water; December is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month of the year is July. For the duration       of the warm days of summer here at Mission Lake, high temperatures mostly get into the 70's. Summer overnight lows dip down to the 50's. For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 40's, and after the sun is down throughout the wintertime temperatures at Mission Lake plunge into the 30's. The view of scenic Green Mountain near Mission Lake is great; there's whitewater on Duckabush River for all you adrenaline people. This lake is so wonderful. A nice                  nearby hotel is Comfort Inn & Suites, and the scenery at Tahuya River Dam is pretty. This lake is so wonderful. There are some fine whitewater spots on Dosewallips River, and Panther Lake is a nearby lake that you could explore. A journey to Great Peninsula next to Mission Lake is always a good idea, and Gold Creek is close to Mission Lake and is always a bliss to stop by. Life's too short to enjoy all the enjoyable things close to Mission Lake.
