The beauty of Mink Lake is reason enough to stop by. Hoh Campground is a tremendous campground here, and if you need a site to stay Sol Duc Hot Springs Resort is a wonderful choice. Summer at Mink Lake comes with high temperatures in the 70's with night lows in the 40's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's, and night lows at Mink Lake through the wintertime regularly fall into the 30's. You'll really wish for more hours in a day to enjoy

| | all the exciting stuff in the Olympic Mountains. If you came for an overnight stay Soleduck Campground is a magnificent site to camp, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Lovers Lane. Mink Lake mostly gets a large amount of rainfall; the month of November is the wettest with most of the rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. If you have a thing about the outdoors you'll have a thing about it here in the Olympic Mountains. | |

Blackwood Creek is near Mink Lake and is always a pleasure to visit; Soleduck River has a nice whitewater paddling spot close by. This lake is so wonderful. A good nearby hotel is Lake Quinault Lodge. The Olympic Mountains scenery
is always beautiful. Take a hike on the Deer Lake Trail; if you've had enough of Mink Lake, Blackwood Lake is close by. This lake is so wonderful. If you don't mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling
on Soleduck River - North Fork; you're sure to encounter some friendly folks from Port Angeles here. You absolutely ought to fancy Mink Lake. You should absolutely dedicate some time to Bogachiel Park if you're here at Mink Lake, and the Mink Lake Trail offers hiking at its best.
