     Washington has many beautiful lakes and Mill Pond is one of them. This lake is so wonderful. There's whitewater on Yakima River for all you adrenaline junkies; Mill Pond is a place with many visitors from Ellensburg. While you're here at Mill Pond you can take a hike along the Teanaway Wilson Stock Trail; camping at Mineral Springs Resort is always a tremendous experience. Don't you try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a good time here at Mill Pond. If the weather  
   is brilliant here at Mill Pond, you can go for a hike along the Miller Peak Trail, and if you need a place to stay Nites Inn Motel is a brilliant choice.
Getting to First Creek from Mill Pond is painless, and dry warm beds await you at Best Western Lincoln Inn & Suites. Around Mill Pond you don’t get a lot of rain; the wettest month of the year is mostly December, that's the one that snows the most, and the driest month is July. A tremendous spot to camp
 
               here at Mill Pond is Baker Creek Campground; close by Hidden Valley is a glorious location to go.
Get your pulse rate up on the pleasant whitewater of Teanaway River; the County Line Trail is a glorious hiking trail nearby. This lake is so wonderful. At Mill Pond through the months of summer highs are in the 80's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's, and overnight lows during the winter for Mill Pond tend to be in the 20's.
