Mildred Lakes is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. Yep, outdoors cool things truly is abundant here in the Olympic Mountains. Really tremendous skiing awaits you at Hurricane Ridge Ski Lodge. There's no way someone can get bored here in the Olympic Mountains. Stay the night at Brown Creek Campground, and if you need a place to stay Alderbrook Resort And Spa is a tremendous choice. Glide down the rapids of Skokomish River - North

| | Fork in a kayak, and Mildred Lakes is right by the Royal Creek Trail.
This location is so good, just explore all the fun things to do in close proximity to Mildred Lakes. Copper Mountain is clearly visible from Mildred Lakes, and Super 8 Motel - Shelton is a fine location to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. You'll meet a lot of folks from Shelton here, and hiking along the Baldy Trail is glorious fun. The Olympic Mountains scenery is always beautiful.

All the water falling down from the sky makes Mildred Lakes a wet place; December is the month that gets the most rain; July is when it's the driest. Summertime highs at Mildred Lakes frequently tend to be in the 70's. Once the sun
is down it descends down to the 40's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 40's with temperatures at Mildred Lakes dipping down into the 30's through winter nights. Staircase Campground is a brilliant campground here; you're almost certainly keen on lakes, Murdock Lakes is one of those nearby.
