Meyers Falls Reservoir is pretty dried out usually; the month of December is the wettest with most of the snow, and the driest month of the year is September. In case you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Kettle River; if you came for an overnight stay Grandview Inn and RV Park is a great place to camp. Meyers Falls Dam is lovely and it's  
   right next door to Meyers Falls Reservoir, and lakes are such calm places, why not check out Blue Gulch Reservoir.
During the summer highs here at Meyers Falls Reservoir reach the 80's with nighttime lows in the 40's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Meyers Falls Reservoir. The beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Martin Spring, and camping is available at Panorama RV Park and
 
               Storage. This lake is so wonderful. You'll stumble on a stunning lake called Mission Lake near Meyers Falls Reservoir, and it's a wonderful idea to pop by Mingo Creek.

A great site for whitewater paddling near Meyers Falls Reservoir is Sherman Creek; if you're looking for a nice visit, Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area is pretty near.

Interesting to see this area via google satelitte...in 1892 my paternal grandfather purchased 95.5 acres along the river at the China Bend area from the govt. It must have been repurchased by the Bureau of Reclamation when the Dam was being considered. Glad it's still beautiful....
