All year is a nice time in the Northern Cascade Range if you have a thing about the outdoors. Gotta ski! Stephens Pass is a delightful spot to do that, and a stunning lake like Nels Lake is a glorious spot to go to. Lake Metam is a wet location that gets lots of rain; November is when you get the most rain here, and the driest of the months is July. Summertime highs at Lake Metam mostly tend to be in the 70's. When       the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Lake Metam. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is nice on Sauk River, and if you came for an overnight stay Crystal Creek Campground is a brilliant place to camp. There's tremendous hiking along the Lost Creek Ridge Trail, and in case you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can                  always go whitewater paddling on Whitechuck River. Life's too short to enjoy all the fun things in the Northern Cascade Range. The Meadow Mountain Trail offers hiking at its best, and you might also want to pay a visit to Stujack Pass since you're here at Lake Metam. This lake is so wonderful. Lake Metam is right by the Camp Creek Ridge Trail. This lake is located in the wonderful Northern Cascade Range. You'll stumble on a pretty lake called Beaver Lake near Lake Metam, and why not camp at Bedal Campground if you're here at Lake Metam. You believe that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up.
