McBride Lake
 | 14 miles away 2/3 of the lake is gone. Kalama River now flows right thru the middle of what used to be the lake. It is amazing to see. The 8100 road is washed out at mile 11 so plan on a 2 mile walk....McBride Lake is no longer in existance. Though I will have this confirmed on July 23, 2008. It is my understanding that during the 2007/2008 winter, a massive land slide occurred which filled the lake. McBride was once a great lake to catch and release fish throughout the day....McBride Lake is no longer in existance. Though I will have this confirmed on July 23, 2008.
