Beautiful McKinley Lake has much to offer visitors. Why not camp at Taidnapam Park since you're here at McKinley Lake, and at McKinley Lake you can make out Johnson Mountain. This location, the Northern Cascade Range, has so much outdoors amusing things. Cowlitz River is a glorious whitewater spot near McKinley Lake, and nearby you find the Independence Pass Interpretive Trail which is a perfect hiking trail. many fun things to do in the Northern Cascade Range, not sufficient time. A great deal of rain falls at McKinley Lake; December is when you get the most rain here, and July meanwhile is the driest month. McKinley Lake is one of the lakes here in the Northern Cascade Range.
