This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Finney Peak Trail is always a great adventure; why not a little side trip to Higgins Creek. This lake is one of the great places here in the Northern Cascade Range. If you have a thing about the outdoors you'll have a thing about it here in the Northern Cascade Range. You'll beyond doubt wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the amusing stuff in the Northern Cascade Range. Best Western Sky Valley Inn

There is a great hiking trail near McGillicuddys Duck Pond called the Gee Point Trail, and Granite Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop at. Throughout the summer at McGillicuddys Duck Pond highs are generally in the 70's. All through the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 50's.
