Many people like to go to Marten Lake. Dry warm beds await you at Salish Lodge And Spa, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Snoqualmie River - Middle Fork. If you want a splendid time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Northern Cascade Range. West Fork Campground is a wonderful campground nearby, and one of the governing traits of the surroundings of Marten Lake is Dog Mountain. This lake is so wonderful.

| | Getting to Cougar Creek from Marten Lake is trouble-free, and you're probably keen on lakes, Mowitch Lake is one of those nearby. Lake Trail. Summer at Marten Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's. Summer overnight lows dip down to the 50's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 40's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at
Marten Lake. Marten Lake is one of the lakes here in the Northern Cascade Range. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this place. Devils Canyon is a great location to pop by nearby, and hey, Gotta ski right? Alpental is a splendid
spot to do that. This lake is so wonderful. Marten Lake is a good place to visit for more than one day, Commonwealth Campground is a good place to camp nearby, and going for a hike on the Mount Defiance Trail is always a glorious
adventure. There are some splendid whitewater spots on Taylor River. The high level of precipitation makes Marten Lake a quite wet place; December is the month that gets the most rain, and July is when it's the driest.
