Lake Margaret is a lake worth visiting. Yeah, come up here to the Olympic Mountains for a magnificent time. Lake Margaret is not the only place nearby, Martins Lakes is a nearby lake; some nearby water includes Delabarre Creek. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Lake Margaret; Long Ridge Trail is a tremendous local trail; a magnificent close by hotel is Pond Motel. | | here, and Lake Margaret is a good location to camp, Wynoochee Falls Campground is a good location.
Lake Margaret is a pretty wet place regularly with much precipitation; December is when you get the most rain here, and July is when it's the driest. There's good hiking along the Skyline Trail; there are some glorious whitewater spots on Quinault River. This lake is one of the great places here in the Olympic Mountains.

ought to undeniably dedicate some time to Elwha Basin while you're here at Lake Margaret, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Quinault River - North Fork. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Elwha River
Trail; close by you come across Low Divide which is a delightful place to pop by. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Lake Margaret.

home again. A perfect sight of wonderful Mount Christie is available from Lake Margaret, and hey, Gotta ski right? Hurricane Ridge Ski Lodge is a great site to do that.
