    If you are in Mason county it's always a good idea to stop by Maggie Lake. Maggie Lake is a rather wet place frequently with a lot of precipitation; December is the month that gets the most rain, and July meanwhile is the driest month. If you like the outdoors you'll like it here in the Olympic Mountains. You'll really wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun things in the Olympic Mountains. The wonderful people of Shelton like to hang out close by; Jefferson  
   Creek is a pleasant whitewater spot close by.
Swamps don’t sound that good but The Peat Bog in the neighborhood of Maggie Lake is pretty good, and after a long day outdoors Union Bay Hot Tub Cabins is a tremendous place to spend a night or two. For the period of the summertime at Maggie Lake temperatures are commonly in the 70's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 40's, and through the dark hours
 
               in the winter at Maggie Lake temperatures descend to the 30's. Don't leave Maggie Lake without first going for a hike along the Mount Jupiter Trail, and camping is available at Robin Hood Cottages.
This lake is so wonderful. If you get bored of Maggie Lake, you could also have a look at close by Cady Lake; a pleasant close by hotel is Alderbrook Resort And Spa. You simply should fancy Maggie Lake. You can run the rapids of Hamma Hamma River in the neighborhood of Maggie Lake; a good place to camp here at Maggie Lake is Summertide Resort. Maggie Lake is located in the Olympic Mountains.
