This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Deadfall Trail is always a nice adventure; if you came for an overnight stay Leland Lake Campground is a wonderful location to camp. Man, is there lots of enjoyable stuff to do in the Olympic Mountains. Go for a hike on the Mount Zion Trail, and Discovery Bay Camp-peniel's is a good local campground. For the period of the summertime months, highs commonly are in the 70's at Ludlow Lake, and during summer nights

| | temperatures are in the 50's. High temperatures all through the winter are normally in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Ludlow Lake. This place, Ludlow Lake, it definitely has so much outdoors exciting stuff. do here in the Olympic Mountains, too good to be true. While you're here at Ludlow Lake you can play some golf at Port Ludlow Golf Course; Inn at Port Hadlock is a great location to get some rest. Don't leave Ludlow Lake without
first going for a hike along the Bear Mountain Trail, and if you don't mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Big Quilcene River. Not far from Ludlow Lake, you'll come across Larson Lake which is a charming
lake; the cheerful people of Bremerton-Silverdale like to hang out nearby. It is very waterless here at Ludlow Lake commonly; the wettest month of the year is frequently December, that's the one that rains the most; the driest of the months is July. This lake is one of the great places here in the Olympic Mountains.

Cattail Lake
 | Cattail Lake in within the Bangor Naval Submarine Base and has not been accessible (even to most navy personnel) since 911. I have not been to Cattail Lake in a long time. It is a small natural lake with no dam. I don't think there is public camping at the Erland Point Mobile Home Park or CRISTA Camps & Conference grounds. CRISTA Camps & Conference center is at the south end of Island Lake in Silverdale.... |
