     Washington has many beautiful lakes and Louden Lake is one of them. The panorama of lovely Arnold Peak near Louden Lake is brilliant, and there is a perfect hiking trail close by called the Long Draw Trail. All through the summertime months here at Louden Lake, high temperatures typically get into the 80's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 40's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's while Louden Lake night low temperatures  
   all through the wintertime are in the 10's. But wait, there's more enjoyable things to do in the Northern Cascade Range. Places like Horsehoe Basin are great to visit, and Long Swamp Campground is a brilliant local campground.
Why not camp at Iron Gate Campground if you're here at Louden Lake, and a good spot is Horseshoe Pass. Louden Lake is a beautiful lake in the Northern Cascade Range. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors exciting things the
 
               area near Louden Lake has to offer. Going for a hike on the Clutch Trail is always a wonderful adventure; hey, Gotta ski right? Loup Loup Ski Bowl is a magnificent location to do that.
Louden Lake is pretty dehydrated ordinarily; December is when you get the most snow here, and the driest month of the year is July. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Northern Cascade Range. This lake is so wonderful. If you come at the right time of year, Chewuch River offers some pleasant whitewater; you can go for a hike on the Windy Trail.
