So many enjoyable things to do at Lost Lake, so little time. There's whitewater on Lake Creek for all you adrenaline kick people, and the top of Mount Mastiff is easily seen from Lost Lake. A pleasant close by hotel is Best Western Icicle Inn; Lost Lake is fine enough to spend more than a day at, Soda Springs Campground is a fine local campground. is so wonderful. High temperatures at Lost Lake throughout the summer are in the 60's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 40's. For the duration of the winter the highs are usually in the 20's while the cold winter nights
at Lost Lake are in the 10's. Lost Lake sees pretty high levels of rain; of all the months in a year January is the one with the most snow while July is frequently the driest month. That right there is a load of amusing stuff already
but it goes on, the Northern Cascade Range has it all. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Nason River; perfect hiking is available along the Miners Creek Trail. Lost Lake is a beautiful lake in the Northern Cascade Range.
