High temperatures at Lost Lake through the warmest time of the year are in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 50's. Highs through the wintertime are commonly in the 30's; overnight lows in the 20's for Lost Lake. Palouse River is a good whitewater spot in close proximity to Lost Lake, and Lyons Ferry Marina is a good campground here. This lake is so wonderful. Around Lost Lake you don’t get a lot of rainfall; December is when you get the most snow here while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
