    Look Lake is a lake worth visiting. During the warm days of summer at Look Lake temperatures are generally in the 80's. Summer nighttime lows dip down to the 50's. Daytime highs all through the winter are in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Look Lake are in the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend White Salmon River, and the Little Baldy Trail offers hiking at its best. This lake  
   is so wonderful. Don't leave Look Lake without first going for a hike along the Bottle Prairie Trail; you can stay the night at Columbia River Gorge Camping.
This place, Look Lake, it definitely has so much outdoors exciting stuff. Dry warm beds await you at City Center Motel; a round of golf at nearby Husum Hills Golf Course is a nice way to kill some time. The Northern Cascade Range scenery is always beautiful. Head up to Cooper Spur and strap some skis to
 
               your feet; everybody loves Rocky Prairie.
Yep, outdoors fun stuff truly is plentiful here in the Northern Cascade Range. Looking for some flowing water? Try Campbell Creek, and Look Lake is a site with many visitors from Hood River. But wait, there's more to do next to Look Lake. A short journey to Lelliot Spring is always worthwhile, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always go to close by Rowland Lake. There's so much to do here at Look Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Memaloose State Park is a wonderful location for that, and there's magnificent hiking along the Fifteenmile Creek Trail.
If you want a nice time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Northern Cascade Range. Hit the beach if you want, Koberg Beach is practically right here; Bingen Gap is in the neighborhood, and is a good spot. These mountains rock, just explore all the enjoyable things to do in the Northern Cascade Range. A day on the slopes of Mt. Hood Meadows is just what you need. If you need a site to stay Inn of the White Salmon is a good choice, and there are some delightful whitewater spots on Rattlesnake Creek.
A common amount of precipitation falls here at Look Lake; throughout December this area sees the most rain; the driest month of the year is July.
