At Long Lake you don’t see much rainfall; through the month of December you get the most snow around here, and the driest month of the year is July. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Long Lake. If the weather is glorious here at Long Lake, you can go for a hike along the Bonaparte Trail. Round Lake is a tremendous lake right next door to Long Lake, and going for a hike along the North Fork Trail will let you       absorb the natural beauty of this region. Why not camp at Crawfish Lake Campground since you're here at Long Lake, and dry warm beds await you at Best Western Peppertree Omak Inn. For the duration of the warmest time of the year, highs generally are in the 80's at Long Lake. Through the moonlight hours it's typically in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's; night lows in the 10's for Long Lake. Bench Creek flows through this region,                  and lakes are such calm locations, why not explore Ell Lake. This lake is so wonderful.
