Long Lake is always a pleasure to visit. If only every spot had this much outdoors fun things, what a great globe it would be. If you want a little side trip, try Silver Creek Pass; the Willame Trail offers hiking at its best. Camping is available at Maple Leaf Campground, and hiking along the Purcell Mountain Trail is great fun. Whohoo, so many exciting things in one place! The Northern Cascade Range is so good! Crystal Mountain is a glorious local ski area.

| | This lake is so wonderful. If you come at the right time of year, Skate Creek offers some good whitewater; Mount Rainier National Park is a tremendous local destination. There are some good whitewater spots on Butter Creek; why not camp at Naco West since you're here at Long Lake. Long Lake gets much water; December is the month that gets the most snow while July is mostly the driest month.

to do here in the Northern Cascade Range. A pretty lake like Willame Lake next to Long Lake is a magnificent spot to pop by; Long Lake is right by the Davis Mountain Trail. For the duration of the summertime at Long Lake temperatures
are usually in the 70's while nighttime lows are mostly in the 40's. Through the wintertime highs are generally in the 30's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Long Lake drop into the 20's. Long Lake is located in the Northern Cascade Range.
