Try Fox Creek. For the duration of the summertime at Log Pond highs are generally in the 70's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's; winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Log Pond. Log Pond gets lots of water; most of the rain falls through December while July is regularly       the driest month. Stay the night at Deluxe Trailer Court. Dry warm beds await you at Travelodge Longview, and Oaks Trailer and RV Park is a great campground nearby. And that's not all you can do here at Log Pond. During your stay at Log Pond do check out close by Red Mill Beach, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Goble Creek. You could also check out Lake Sacajawea if you're here at Log Pond; it's nearby, and time spent at Cottonwood Beach is always perfect.                  This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Quality Inn & Suites Longview is a glorious place to spend a night or two, and golf can be played at Elks Lodge-Kelso-Longview Golf Course. This lake is so wonderful. Log Pond is not the only place close by, Cedar Street Reservoir is a close by lake; a great swamp close to Log Pond is Ditch Number Three.
