You can take a little trip to Loers Dam if you're here at Loers Pond. Summer at Loers Pond arrives with high temperatures in the 60's, and all through the night it cools down to the 50's. Highs through the winter are mostly in the 40's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Loers Pond plunge into the 30's. Whohoo, so many amusing things in one place! Loers       Pond is so good! If you came for an overnight stay City Beach RV Park is a good place to camp, and swamps like Waterloo Marsh are fun to stop at. Looking for something near Loers Pond? Crockett Lake is close at hand; a nice nearby hotel is Best Western Harbor Plaza. Mt. Baker RV Park and Campground is a perfect local campground, and nothing beats kicking back at West Beach. Loers Pond is a good location of normal rainfall; all through the month of December                  you get the most rain around here; the driest month of the year is July. If you need a place to stay Inn at Penn Cove is a tremendous choice, and you can always enjoy a lazy day on the beach at Monroe Landing. This lake is so wonderful.
