There's so much to do here at Little Kachess Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Crystal Springs Campground is a magnificent location for that; if you need a location to stay Suncadia Resort is a delightful choice. All the water falling down from the sky makes Little Kachess Lake a wet place; the wettest month of the year is usually January, that's the one that snows the most, and July on the other hand       is the driest. Little Kachess Lake is a beautiful lake in the Northern Cascade Range. This lake is so wonderful. Take a hike on the Kachess Ridge Trail; you can have a good hiking adventure along the Escondido Trail. At Little Kachess Lake through the warmest time of the year highs are in the 60's. Summer overnight lows descend down to the 40's. High temperatures all through the wintertime are normally in the 20's, and after the sun is down throughout the                  winter temperatures at Little Kachess Lake sink into the 10's. What a spot this is for outdoors folks. Little Kachess Lake is right by the Cooper Pass Trail, and Stewart Lodge is a delightful place to get some rest. This location, the Northern Cascade Range, has so much outdoors fun stuff. From Little Kachess Lake you get a nice vista of Thorp Mountain; glide down the rapids of Box Canyon Creek in a kayak. This lake is so wonderful. The snow is delightful at Snoqualmie, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Cooper River. So many fun things to do in the Northern Cascade Range, not enough time. A quick visit to Box Canyon Creek close to Little Kachess Lake is a brilliant idea, and you can stay the night at Kachess Campground.
