Go to Lily Pond Lake if you want to go to a nice lake. Lily Pond Lake is glorious enough to spend more than a day at, Little Naches Campground is a glorious local campground, and a splendid site for whitewater paddling is American River. This lake is so wonderful. All the water falling down from the sky makes Lily Pond Lake a wet place; most of the snow falls throughout January, and the driest month is July.

| | Cascade Range will keep you coming back repeatedly. In case you don’t mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Little Naches River, and you'll meet a lot of people from Ellensburg here. This lake is so wonderful. A great nearby hotel is Suncadia Resort, and the Frost Mountain Lookout Trail offers hiking at its best. At Lily Pond Lake throughout the summertime highs are in the 60's. temperatures sink down into the 40's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 20's, and night lows at Lily Pond Lake through the winter ordinarily fall into the 10's.
Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Northern
Cascade Range. There are other sites here than Lily Pond Lake, for example Taneum Lake; the scenery at Milk Pond Dam is beautiful. Good hiking is available along the Kaner Flat Trail. There's so much to do here at Lily Pond Lake that
you need to camp here for a while, Halfway Flat Campground II is a great spot for that. All the outdoors amusing things in the vicinity of Lily Pond Lake will keep you coming back persistently. There's glorious hiking along the Quartz
Creek Trail, and after a long day outdoors Stewart Lodge is a great location to spend a night or two.
Lily Pond Lake is located in the Northern Cascade Range.
