You'll discover a wonderful lake called Nile Lake near Lake Leo, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby 49 Degrees North. Lake Leo is a location that is reasonably arid usually; the month with most of the snow is December while September is usually the driest month. No way I can       stop, cause I'm havin' a wonderful time here at Lake Leo. A beautiful lake like Frater Lake next to Lake Leo is a delightful location to take a look at, and a wonderful close by hotel is Comfort Inn Colville. This lake is so wonderful. Near Lake Leo you find the Terry Trail which is a fine hiking trail, and you can stay the night at Lake Leo Campground. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Lake Leo has to offer, you can camp at Lake Thomas Campground,                  and don’t forget to stop by Granite Meadows since you're here at Lake Leo. For the duration of the summer highs here at Lake Leo reach the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 50's.
