    Why not stop by Lenore Lake if you're passing through these parts. Ephrata Travelodge is a great location to get some rest, and Alkali Lake Dam is a site that is in the vicinity of Lenore Lake. At Lenore Lake all through the warm days of summer highs are in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 50's. Throughout the wintertime the highs are mostly in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Lenore Lake. At Lenore  
   Lake you don’t see much precipitation; the wettest month of the year is typically December, that's the one that snows the most, and July is when it's the driest.
So much entertaining stuff to do at Lenore Lake, so little time. Camping is available at Soap Lake RV Resort; you'll meet a lot of folks from Moses Lake here. You'll locate a pretty lake called Little Soap Lake near Lenore Lake; after a long day outdoors Best Western Rama Inn is a magnificent site
 
               to spend a night or two.
This lake is so wonderful. Camping at American Adventure is always a great experience, and lakes are such peaceful places, why not pop by Alkali Lake.

Wow what a great w/e. Haven't been to Jack's Resort on Jameson Lake in years, but will make it at least twice a year from here on. The new owner and apparently a crew of regulares have fixed the place up to a quality resort. Super friendly folks, good service and great food. Oh, and the fishin wasn't bad either. Would have been better but Fish And Wildlife decided to plant a bazzzzzillon fry and the big guys I was after were on the bottom burping.
