For the period of the months of summer, highs commonly are in the 80's at Leader Lake. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 50's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 30's, and after the sun is down all through the wintertime temperatures at Leader Lake fall into the 10's. So many amusing things right next door to Leader Lake, simply extraordinary. If you       need a place to stay Rodeway Inn & Suites is a nice choice. Lakes are magnificent; Buzzard Lake is a lake that's close to Leader Lake. Leader Lake Dam has great water scenery and it's in the neighborhood of Leader Lake, and Leader Lake is a good location to visit for more than one day, Leader Lake Campground is a good location to camp nearby. This lake is so wonderful. You're possibly into lakes, Spaulding Lake is one of those nearby; don't leave Leader                  Lake without first going for a hike along the Granite Trail. The skiing at Loup Loup Ski Bowl is magnificent. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Leader Lake has to offer, you can camp at M Bar J Trailer Ranch. The Northern Cascade Range scenery is always beautiful. Man, is there a heap of cool stuff to do in the Northern Cascade Range. The top of Fox Mountain is easily seen from Leader Lake; there are glorious places to look at along the Ray Trail. This lake is so wonderful. So many fun things to do here in the Northern Cascade Range, too magnificent to be true. A glorious close by hotel is Best Western Peppertree Omak Inn, and going for a hike on the Beaver Lake Trail is always a fine adventure.
