Lake Shannon is always a pleasure to visit. If you want a brilliant time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Northern Cascade Range. A lake nearby is Everett Lake; if you're interested in hydro structures, you can take a look at Baker Dam. Lake Shannon is not the only place close by, Lake Tyee is a close by lake, and why not camp at Concrete / Grandy Creek KOA since you're here at Lake Shannon. Lake Shannon frequently gets a large amount of rainfall;

Lake Shannon nighttime low temperatures through the winter are in the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. The Northern Cascade Range scenery is always beautiful. A great site to camp here at Lake Shannon is Baker Lake Resort, and
there's whitewater on Jackman River for all you adrenaline people. So much fun stuff to do at Lake Shannon, so little time. You can run the rapids of Finney Creek in close proximity to Lake Shannon, and going for a hike on the Finney
Peak Trail is always a brilliant adventure. Yep, outdoors enjoyable stuff truly is plentiful here in the Northern Cascade Range. Jackman Creek flows through this area, and from Lake Shannon you acquire a perfect sight of Burpee Hill.
