Lake Lucinda is pretty waterless regularly; the wettest month of the year is generally December, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month of the year is July. That right there is lots already, but it continues; Lake Lucinda has it all. Good hiking is available along the Tubal Cain Mine Trail, and a good spot for whitewater

paddling is Dungeness River. Don't leave Lake Lucinda without first going for a hike along the Mount Zion Trail, and if you came to camp Gorge Campground is a great location to do that.
This lake is so wonderful. There are fine spots to look at along the Bear Mountain Trail. There's so much to do here at Lake Lucinda that you need to camp here for a while, William and Lorraine Sulzbach is a pleasant place for that. But wait, there's more enjoyable stuff to do in the Olympic Mountains. Dungeness River is a brilliant whitewater spot near Lake Lucinda. Dry warm beds await you at Sequm Bay Lodge, also Lake Lucinda Dam is worth checking out if you're here.
