What a nice lake Lake Kokanee is. At Lake Kokanee during the days of summer highs are in the 70's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's with temperatures at Lake Kokanee dipping down into the 30's throughout winter nights. There's no way somebody can get bored here in the Olympic Mountains. Deer Meadow Creek flows through this region, and Lake Cushman Resort is a fine campground here. So

This lake is so wonderful. If you need a location to stay Super 8 Motel - Shelton is a splendid choice, and there are some splendid whitewater spots on Skokomish River - South Fork. This lake is one of the great places here in the Olympic Mountains.

great deal of rainfall; December is the wettest month with most rain, and July meanwhile is the driest month. There's whitewater on Hamma Hamma River for all you thrill seekers; there's always Lower Cushman Dam to pop by next to Lake
Kokanee. This lake is so wonderful. You could also stop by Lake Cushman since you're here at Lake Kokanee; it's close by; if you're here and you like golf, you can stop at Lake Cushman Golf Course.
So many entertaining things
to do in the Olympic Mountains, not sufficient time. A wonderful nearby hotel is Alderbrook Resort And Spa, and the Mount Jupiter Trail offers hiking at its best.
