Washington has many beautiful lakes and Lake Kakanee is one of them. This lake is so wonderful. Here at Lake Kakanee you'll most likely meet some folks from Shelton. There's so much to do here at Lake Kakanee that you need to camp here for a while, Lake Cushman Resort is a tremendous location for that. Lake Kakanee is one of the lakes here in the Olympic Mountains. This lake is so wonderful.

| | Hot Tub Cabins is a wonderful site to get some rest. So many enjoyable things in the neighborhood of Lake Kakanee, simply incredible. If you're here at Lake Kakanee and you like golf, you can stop by Lake Cushman Golf Course, and dry warm beds await you at Canal Side Resort & Motel. Near Lake Kakanee you stumble on the Mount Jupiter Trail which is a tremendous hiking trail, and if you came to camp Minerva Beach Mobile Village is a great site to do that.

These mountains rock, just look at all the amusing things to do in the Olympic Mountains. Get dripping wet paddling on Hamma Hamma River, and whitewater paddling is good on Skokomish River - South Fork. For the duration of the months
of summer, highs ordinarily are in the 70's at Lake Kakanee, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Highs all through the winter are typically in the 40's while Lake Kakanee nighttime low temperatures through the
winter are in the 30's. If you want a wonderful time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Olympic Mountains. Why not pop by close by Deer Meadow Creek while you're here at Lake Kakanee; not far from Lake Kakanee you get some
glorious water scenery at Lower Cushman Dam.
Lake Kakanee is a wet spot that gets a great deal of precipitation; December is the wettest month with most rain while July is mostly the driest month.
