If you are in this part of Washington make sure to pay a visit to The Lagoon. All the outdoors enjoyable things in the Olympic Mountains will keep you coming back again and again. Don't leave The Lagoon without first going for a hike along the Bear Mountain Trail, and lakes are such peaceful spots, why not stop by Smith Lake. A delightful spot to camp here at The Lagoon is Sequim Bay Resort; there are swamps here too, Grays Marsh is close at hand. Yeah, come here

and hit Dungeness River, and you'll discover a pretty lake called Cat Lake. Around The Lagoon you don’t get a lot of rainfall; through December this area sees the most rain, and July on the other hand is the driest. This lake
is so wonderful. If you're here, you might as well visit Gibson Spit, and why not camp at GilGal Oasis RV Park while you're here at The Lagoon. This lake is so wonderful. There's great hiking along the Clink Trail, and dry warm beds await you at Holiday Plaza Sequim Inn.
