Hiking is a popular thing to do around The Lagoon; Tubal Cain Mine Trail is a great local trail; why not stop at nearby Bell Creek since you're here at The Lagoon. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Olympic Mountains. Not far from The Lagoon you locate Kiapot Point, and if you need a place to stay Econo Lodge Sequim is a nice choice.
