La Grande Reservoir is not the only place close by, Alder Lake is a close by lake; after a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Puyallup (Tacoma Area), Wa is a fine place to spend a night or two. And that's not all the things you can do here in the Northern Cascade Range. Kirkland Pass is a great place to take a look at close by, and why not camp at Alder Lake Park       if you're here at La Grande Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. During the months of summer here at La Grande Reservoir, high temperatures usually get into the 70's with overnight lows in the 50's. Throughout the wintertime highs are mostly in the 40's, and nighttime lows at La Grande Reservoir all through the winter usually dip into the 30's. The amount of rain that falls at La Grande Reservoir is close to the national average; November is the wettest                  month with most rain; the driest of the months is July. La Grande Reservoir is a beautiful lake in the Northern Cascade Range. Just can't get enough of the Northern Cascade Range. A good close by hotel is Best Western Park Plaza; if you've had enough of La Grande Reservoir, Twentyseven Creek Reservoir is nearby. There's always La Grande Dam to pop by near La Grande Reservoir, and Rainbow RV Resort is a nice local campground. That right there is a lot already, but it carries on; La Grande Reservoir has it all. Get your heart pumping on the great whitewater of Mashel River, and if the weather is gorgeous, you obtain a delightful view of Hugo Peak from La Grande Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful.
