Kurtz Lake is located in the Olympic Mountains. Kurtz Lake sees pretty high levels of rain; the month with most of the rain is December; the driest month is July. Through the summer highs here at Kurtz Lake reach the 70's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 40's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's       to Kurtz Lake. All year is a good time in the Olympic Mountains if you fancy the outdoors. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Kurtz Lake; Soleduck Trail is a great local trail. Kurtz Lake truly is in the middle of a lovely outdoors paradise. Good hiking is available along the Hoh River Trail; a beautiful lake like Three Prune Lakes is a good spot to stop by. So many cool things to do here in the Olympic Mountains, too splendid to be true.
