Lake Chelan National Recreation Area is a magnificent local destination here at Kendall Lake, and people from Bellingham love to come here. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Northern Cascade Range. Whitewater paddling is wonderful on Nooksack River - Middle Fork, and camping at Sumas RV Park and Campground is always a great experience. I can't stop, cause I'm havin' a great time here at Kendall Lake.       Golf can be played at Baker's Edge Golf Course. Kendall Lake is a quite wet place regularly with a good deal of rainfall; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain, and the driest month is July. This lake is located in the wonderful Northern Cascade Range. Camping is available at Riverview Park, and Kendall Lake is near Columbia Valley which is definitely worth stopping at. This lake is so wonderful. In case you don’t mind getting                  dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Racehorse Creek; if you need a site to stay Snowwater Condos is a brilliant choice. During the summer months, highs mostly are in the 70's at Kendall Lake. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 50's.
