    Do stop by Keechelus Lake while you're in this part of Washington. Keechelus Lake is one of the lakes here in the Northern Cascade Range. Keechelus Lake sees pretty high levels of precipitation; through January this area sees the most rain while July is usually the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Cascadia Inn, and fine skiing awaits you at Alpental.
But wait, there's more fun things to do in the Northern Cascade Range.
 
   If you're here at Keechelus Lake, you could visit Meadow Creek; get your pulse rate up on the brilliant whitewater of Snoqualmie River - South Fork. Having a good time in the Northern Cascade Range is trouble-free. While you're here at Keechelus Lake you can take a hike along the Cooper Pass Trail. There's so much to do here at Keechelus Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Crystal Springs Campground is a magnificent site for that.
The scenery at
 
               Keechelus Dam right next door to Keechelus Lake is scenic, and Stampede Pass is around here, and is a good place. Best Western Inn is a delightful place to get some rest, and going for a hike along the Snowshoe Butte Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. Summer at Keechelus Lake comes with high temperatures in the 70's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Keechelus Lake.
This lake is so wonderful. Have a magnificent hiking adventure along the Pacific Crest Trail - section 25, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Box Canyon Creek. If you want a wonderful time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Keechelus Lake. If you came to camp Kachess Campground is a good site to do that; you can never get enough of the glorious skiing at Snoqualmie.
