There's no way somebody can get bored here in the Olympic Mountains. Have a tremendous hiking adventure along the Mount Zion Trail, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Dosewallips River. This is a popular place for folks from Shelton; hey, Gamm Creek is a good local stream. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking along the Deadfall Trail is magnificent fun, and a wonderful spot to camp here at Jupiter Lakes is Lena Lake       Campground. If you need a location to stay Juan De Fuca Cottages is a great choice, and there are some pleasant whitewater spots on Duckabush River. Throughout the warm months at Jupiter Lakes temperatures are regularly in the 60's. All through the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 50's. Throughout the wintertime highs are ordinarily in the 40's, and overnight lows at Jupiter Lakes during the winter regularly plunge into the 30's. Jupiter Lakes is a                  beautiful lake in the Olympic Mountains. So many exciting things to do in the Olympic Mountains, not sufficient time. A nice close by hotel is Holiday Plaza Sequim Inn, and camping at Dosewallips Campground is always a pleasant experience. This lake is so wonderful. Jupiter Lakes is pretty arid ordinarily; December is when you get the most rain here, and July meanwhile is the driest month. That right there is a lot already, but it carries on; Jupiter Lakes has it all.
