When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 40's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's while Jungfrau Lake nighttime low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 10's. A fine close by hotel is Suncadia Resort, and why not camp at Tucquala Meadow Campground since you're here at Jungfrau Lake. Jungfrau Lake typically       gets lots of rain; the month of January is the wettest with most of the snow, and the driest month of the year is July. The Northern Cascade Range scenery is always beautiful. That right there is heaps of entertaining stuff already but it goes on, the Northern Cascade Range has it all. While you're here at Jungfrau Lake you can take a hike along the Lake Michael Trail. Lakes are great; Shoal Lake is a lake that's right next door to Jungfrau Lake. Be careful                  coming to the Northern Cascade Range, you might not ever wanna return home again. Granite Mountain can be made out from Jungfrau Lake; on a brilliant day you can take a hike along the Davis Peak Lookout Trail. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Stephens Pass, and get your heart pumping on the wonderful whitewater of Deception Creek. That right there is heaps already, but it carries on; Jungfrau Lake has it all. Square Lake Dam is an interesting thing to check out; you can run the rapids of Tye River. This lake is so wonderful. Fish Lake Campground is a great local campground; the Escondido Trail is a glorious hiking trail nearby. This lake is so wonderful. This is a good area for folks who like lakes.
