This lake is so wonderful. Acker Lake is a nearby lake that you could pop by; paddling on Lewis River - North Fork is so much fun. Having a fine time in the Northern Cascade Range is painless. Whitewater paddling is good on Rush Creek, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Junction Lake; Falls       Creek Trail is a perfect local trail. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Cultus Creek Campground, and if you need a place to stay Rodeway Inn Stevenson is a tremendous choice. Good hiking is available along the Ridge Trail; a splendid close by hotel is Skamania Lodge. During the long summer days highs here at Junction Lake reach the 70's with nighttime lows in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's, and after the sun is down through                  the wintertime temperatures at Junction Lake sink into the 30's. Junction Lake truly is in the middle of a picturesque outdoors paradise. Go for a hike on the East Crater Trail; if you get bored of Junction Lake you could also pop by close by Lake Toke Tie. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors cool stuff the Northern Cascade Range has to offer. East Crater is something you shouldn't miss if you're here at Junction Lake, and you can observe Bird Mountain from Junction Lake. Junction Lake is located in the Northern Cascade Range.
