A great spot to camp here at Johnson Marsh is Rainier Villa Mobile Park and RV, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Nisqually River. So many enjoyable things in the Northern Cascade Range, just mind-blowing. After a long day outdoors La Quinta Inn       AND Suites Lakewood is a perfect place to spend a night or two. Lakes are great; Lake de Balon is a lake that's close to Johnson Marsh. But wait, there's more to do near Johnson Marsh. Camping is available at Oaknoll RV Park, and playing golf is lots of fun at Lake Spanaway Golf Course. You're in all probability into lakes, Shaver Lake is one of those close by, and the trees of Bower Woods are a brilliant source of shade on hot summer days. This lake is                  one of the great places here in the Northern Cascade Range. And that's not all the things to do here in the Northern Cascade Range. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Americas Best Value Inn of South Tacoma, and at Johnson Marsh you can see Blair Hill. Throughout the warmest time of the year highs here at Johnson Marsh reach the 70's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's.
