Do stop by Johns Lake while you're in this part of Washington. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors amusing stuff the Olympic Mountains has to offer. Lakes? Sure, Turtle Lake is close at hand, and there are some good whitewater spots on Skokomish River - South Fork. Throughout the summer here at Johns Lake, high temperatures regularly get into the 70's, and the night is quite chillier of course, commonly in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's;

months is July. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Vance Creek, and after a long day outdoors Super 8 Motel - Shelton is a tremendous place to spend a night or two.
This lake is so wonderful.
There are other locations here than Johns Lake, for example Old Hatchery Lake, and if you need a spot to stay Alderbrook Resort And Spa is a magnificent choice. Having a perfect time in the Olympic Mountains is easy. Lake Limerick
Country Club is a splendid golf course nearby. There's so much to do here at Johns Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Pines Trailer and Recreational is a perfect place for that.
